There are some problems faced the teachers in UAE universities, particularly teachers who teach new students in “Zayed” university.

Those teachers receive students who are not yet qualified to go to university from high school. So they have tow tasks. One is to teach them the subjects and the other is to teach them how to respect teachers and other students. First, the most serious problem is that most students do not listen to their teachers. They ignore them while teachers are talking in the class and then start to chat and laugh. Sometimes they talk to the teacher in an ('way' is a singular noun) impolite way. Therefore, this hurt the teacher and also other students who want to study. Moreover, they go out from the class before the (specific time here) time finishes, although the teacher does not give them a (delete this) permission. Also, many students do not respect and appreciate the (specific teacher here) teacher’s trust. Sometimes the(need this here because the teacher is specific) teacher trust students to work in the class without him because they are responsible and big enough to be trusted. However, they take it as an amusement and free time. Also, many students interrupt the teacher for silly reasons while he is busy in discussing with another student.

In conclusion, many new students but not all of them- do not respect teachers by ignoring them while they are talking, going out from the class without a permission and ignoring teacher’s trust. Those students did not recognize that teachers in universities are not like teachers in schools. So they must be respected as well as they respect us.

5 errors here but very long, around 270 words so I'll geive you a grade of 5/6. By the way, i completely agree with what you say in this post and would wish that new students understood that. It is difficult to move from school to university, to be given responsibility and to be treated like an adult. I often think that the first time many of my students feel this is in the class.
